Moeller Pipe Organs

Cleaning the organ in St. George's Lutheran Church
in Toronto

So far all the dusty pipes are still in the organ.

The first wooden pipes have been taken out.

The first few stops have been taken out. Behind them you can see the pipes that,
over the years have shifted to the sides.

The pipes of the Viola da Gamba have been attached rather chaotically.
At the back you can see the low C of the Prinzipal 8' which was too short
and was exended with cardboard.

The pipes with the damaged tops of the Prinzipal 8'.

Nobody thought that there would be sooo many pipes in the organ.

The services were accompanied by the piano.

The first pipes are being voiced,
after thorough cleaning and fixing of thechnical problems.

The metal pipes are fixed and voiced.
The low octave of the Viola da Gamba is attached again.

The look of the organ has not changed much,
but the sound has changed a lot...
